Hi-I’ve been with my husband for 7 years. October 2007 he was diagnosed with Bipolar., I have studied this illness. Can someone help me understand why they are so abusive and degrading to their spouses but outside of the home everyone just loves them?

He is totally self-absorbed!

Hubby left me two months ago. Hasn’t given me any money towards bills nor seems concerned about me or my girls. Saw him yesterday and he was crying and depressed, only talking about himself the whole time. Meanwhile we are losing the house, I am losing my car, and suffering.
